Sen. Al Franken broke eight days of media silence and addressed sexual harassment allegations in a series of interviews on Sunday. Franken stated “I’m embarrassed and ashamed. I’ve let a lot of people down and I’m hoping I can make it up to them and gradually regain their trust.” He also said he would return to work on Monday.
